HAYRIK HARVEST. A TASTE OF OUR ORIGINS.

Hayrik Restaurant at Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin, presents HAYRIK HARVEST, a new international gastronomic project that brings together Armenia’s culinary heritage and the distinctive approaches of guest chefs.

The project explores Armenia’s gastronomy, revealing the country’s history, culture, seasonal ingredients, and the people behind them. One of the key objectives of HAYRIK HARVEST is to support local farmers and small-scale producers, increase awareness of their products, and promote Armenia’s natural, locally sourced ingredients.

Each residency lasts seven days. During this time, the guest chef meets local producers, explores regional ingredients and culinary traditions, and then collaborates with the Hayrik team to create a signature menu.

The inaugural HAYRIK HARVEST dinner, featuring Italian chef Riccardo Canella, will take place on November 21, 2026.

The theme of the first dinner is Cilician Armenia and the port of Ayas.

The dinners will be held on a regular basis as part of the ongoing project.

Participation fee:
AMD 50,000 per person for bookings made by November 15, 2026, inclusive
AMD 60,000 per person from November 16, 2026, onward
