Hayrik means Father in Armenian, and we honor that name in every dish we serve. Our menu draws on recipes passed down through Armenian households, prepared with impeccable technique and presented with genuine artistry, shaped by the eye of chef Rafael Kazumyan, a Cordon Bleu Paris alumnus.
The Stage Gastro Show Club & Restaurant
We invite you to dinner accompanied by live music, as aerialists perform choreography above a central stage. Each month, we unveil a new spectacle paired with a bespoke chef's tasting menu created especially for it, so the evening we offer this month won't be the one we offer next. Once the performance ends, we transform the room into a club, and the night carries on from there.
Fragrance Gastro Bar
At Fragrance, we pour a masterfully composed cocktail program alongside a coveted selection of spirits, handled with real savoir faire by bartenders devoted to their craft. We've finished the room in marble and wood under warm lighting, with a fireplace and deep seating for conversations we hope will run long. This is a bar we've built for those who appreciate what's in their glass.

We're pleased to offer an indulgent range of mains, decadent desserts, and a full bar selection, delivered straight to your room without cutting any corners. For our youngest guests, we've also prepared a dedicated children's menu with pasta, burgers, and fries.
