Fragrance Gastro Bar
Fragrance is open around the clock, every day of the week. We serve an aperitif before dinner, or a glass of champagne at four in the morning with the same care.
The room has deep armchairs set around a fireplace and a bar counter of marble and crystal. Interactive light installations sit alongside classic furniture, and soft lounge music plays in the background.
Photographs of famous faces hang among our collection of fine spirits, and the same names appear on the cocktail list. We serve signature cocktails inspired by Antonio Banderas, Elvis Presley, Cher, Jackie Kennedy and Elizabeth Taylor, and each one has a story behind it, which our bartenders will gladly tell you.
Our wines come from regions around the world and are kept in three cabinets at controlled temperature and humidity - sparkling and still, red, white and rosé. Our sommelier can suggest something you haven’t tried before, or help you choose a bottle for your own collection.
If you would like something to eat, we serve light bites and desserts to go with your drink. Hotel guests can also have the full room service menu brought up to their room at any hour.
From May to the end of November, The Stage opens at eight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and Fragrance is a comfortable place for a drink beforehand.
