Our unique resort is in the very heart of the city. We are surrounded by the most interesting sights of the city. Once you step outside of the lobby of the resort you find yourself in the old town with narrow streets and houses from the 19th century, where you feel the atmosphere of the old Yerevan. Choosing one of the seven paths leading to Saryan Street, in as little as three minutes, you are walking down the capital’s main street of hospitality, where atmospheric restaurants, gastro, and ethno-boutiques welcome travelers. On the opposite side of the resort, we have the Hrazdan Gorge, the state residence of the country’s leaders, and officials and the Nairi Medical Center, equipped with the best medical facilities. We are surrounded by the ensemble of all historical mountains of Armenia from all the four sides: Ara, Aragats, Nemrut and the magnificent biblical Mount Ararat.

We are just a thousand steps away from other famous sights such as the famous Cascade, Matenadaran, Republic Square, National Opera & Ballet Theatre, Sergey Parajanov Museum, Charles Aznavour museum-house, North Avenue.

The airport is only 12 km away from the resort and it takes just 4km to the train station.

Each corner has significance, each stone is a page of a book, and every detail is a word.

The curves of the building symbolize the ups and downs of Armenia, ending with a rise towards a happy future. Each floor with rooms is named after one of the 12 capitals of Armenia (Tushpa, Armavir, Yervandashat, Artashat, Tigranakert, Vagharshapat, Dvin, Bagaran, Shirakavan, Kars, Ani, Tarsus, Sis, Yerevan, Aragats, Ararat, Hayastan).

The floors of the theater symbolize the pre-Christian era, the famous Silk Road, surrounded by exclusive boutiques.

There are beautiful abstract-shaped windows at the level of the rooms that symbolize the Fingers of God, through which the light enters the building, thus telling the story of Armenia’s enlightenment, the unity of heaven and earth, depicting the IV century, when in 301 AD Armenia adopted Christianity as a state religion. That is why the Light falls on the ONE&ONLY theater, where unforgettable shows are held.

Hayrik Restaurant is a tribute to family, heritage, and fathers. Rooted in the legacy of legendary Armenian chef Rubik Tovmasyan, Hayrik tells the story of a nation through ancestral recipes passed down with love. Guests can also join exclusive masterclasses, learning the art of Armenian cuisine directly from Hayrik’s chefs. Masterclasses by Hayrik Restaurant taught by the best chefs of Hayrik are available for guests who want to learn the Art of Armenian cuisine, receive a certificate of course completion and take all the prepared dishes with them to surprise their loved ones in the most delicious way..
