Guarantee Policy:
For guaranteed booking, you must provide valid bank card details. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the bank card provided at the time of booking. In case of refusal of pre-authorization by the bank, the booking may be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion. A deposit of 50,000 AMD per room is required upon arrival, and the deposit is refunded upon check-out.
Check in and check out:
The check-in time is 3pm, check-out is at 12:00.

Early check in and late check out:
Early check-in and late check-out can be provided upon availability of rooms and prior agreement with the hotel administration.
• Early check-in before 9 am; the full cost of the stay per day is charged.
• Early check-in from 9 am; a fee is charged for a half-day stay in the room.
• Late check-out before 6 pm; a fee is charged for a half-day stay in the room.
• Late check-out after 6 pm; the full cost of the stay per day is charged.
Additional person/Extra bed:
• Children under 6 years stay free of charge. A baby cot is provided free of charge.
• Children aged 6-12 years stay free of charge, but if you need an extra bed, its cost will be 13,500 AMD.
• Guests over the age of 12 are considered adults, if you need an extra bed, its cost will be 27,000 AMD.
• NOTE: An extra bed/baby cot can be installed in rooms of any category, only one per person.
Rules for staying with pets:
The fee for a dog is 40,000 AMD per night. The hotel allows accommodation in rooms with dogs weighing up to 15 kg upon prior request with the hotel administration. The price includes welcome treats for the dog, as well as in-room amenities. The guest is fully financially responsible for the damage caused by the dog to the property of the hotel, as well as for the noise disturbing other guests of the hotel.
NOTE: Other pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The rules of smoking on the territory of the hotel:
The fine for smoking in the rooms is 250,000 AMD. Smoking on the territory of the hotel is carried out in specially designated areas, the location of these areas can be found at the reception desk.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be canceled free of charge 24 hours before the arrival date. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance without prior notice, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night of your stay at the hotel.
General Conditions:
The rates include 20% VAT.
